Pun Chun Restaurant was founded by Khong Yuen Chew, the inventor of our famous Chicken Biscuit and Shat Kek Ma in 1937. The Chicken Biscuit was based on an obscure Chinese biscuit but improved to suit local taste. It became so famous, the name Chicken Biscuits or ‘ Kai Chai Peng’ (literally Little Chick Biscuit) traveled back to Hong Kong and China. Generations later, Pun Chun still stands as a favourite meal stop. We have been around for over 75 years, and hope to always be a part of the heritage of Malaysian food culture and travel.

Wheat flour, bean curd, sugar, winter melon, maltose, cooking oil, sesame, spices, eggs & chicken flavouring.
